How do I add a list of the target audience?

A list with the target audience should consist of numeric identifiers, each identifier from a new line, an example:
111111
22222
33333

To add your list, click "new promo" and select the type "target".Select the file on the computer and enter the name of the promo.

Click "add promo"

All is ready!
